My problem is that I cannot maintain 'Taharah'(few drops of urine come out occasionally). Further I also have gastric problem due to which I cannot maintain my ablution. Also during prayers bad words and thoughts disturbs me very much.
I like to pray but all the above factors stops me from praying as I think what's the use of praying if I cannot maintain taharah and ablution and cannot control bad words and thoughts during prayers.
Please advise me as I am very much disturb.
Thank you
Praise be to Allah, the Lord of the Worlds; and may His blessings and peace be upon our Prophet Muhammad and upon all his Family and Companions.
In your case, you have to make Wudu for every prayer at the beginning of its time and then pray the obligatory prayer and any optional prayers. When the time of another obligatory prayer comes, you have to make Wudu again, and do not worry about what may come out of your body after the Wudu (passing of wind).
As for the urine that may wet your clothes, you have to clean it (wash it). You have to put a piece of cloth to prevent the urine from touching your clothes. Praying in this condition for you is valid. You have to perform the prayers and be steadfast. In all cases, you have to perform the Salat, and you have no excuse of not praying because of your condition and what you have stated. Allah has given you permission to pray, as you are, because of your disease as we have already explained and because of you not being able to keep the state of Tahara (purity).
As with regard to the whispers, thoughts and bad words which forcibly come to your mind, do not take them into consideration because you have no choice. Allah Says (interpretation of meaning): {Allâh burdens not a person beyond his scope…..}[2:286].
Please refer to Fatawa: 83401, 84625 and 87166 in relation to whispers for more benefit.
Allah knows best.
