No harm in quickly completing recitation when Imaam shifts to new position
As-salaamu 3laikum, If you hear the imam say 'Allahu Akbar' while you are halfway through saying a word related to the salat, do you have to fall silent immediately or can you complete the word as you are following the imam? Catching Takbeerat-ul-Ihraam with Imaam has priority over using Siwaak

Is it permissible for the Imaam to be in higher place than the followers?
When we are in a mosque that has two floors, is it permissible to place the pulpit and Mihraab (i.e. prayer niche) on the second floor, which is the greater one, knowing that people pray on the ground floor on Fridays because the second one does not suffice them?
