Unknowingly earned money from an unlawful job

Father wants to donate all his property to his second wife

He receives dollars in Canada and pays equivalent dinars in Algeria
In regards to currency exchange. If they are 2 different types such as Euro for dollars, then the only condition that applies is that the exchnage must be completed hand to hand to avoid any delay. Embraced Islam but had unlawful partnership with her non-Muslim husband

Interest on unfairly withheld taxes
As-salaamu 'alaykum.
The Government is returning some of the taxes they withheld from a lot of workers over several years. They agreed that withholding the taxes from our salaries was unfair.
However, they want to repay the taxes with what they call interest.
