Teaching accounting and finance
Asalam O Alikum
My education is in the field of Accounting and Finance however there are things that concern me regarding the subject matter which apparantly is haram e.g. Interest calculation etc.
Kindly clarify me on the following issue,

He is poor and needs his share in his deceased father's house

Preferring a child over another in gift giving
1. Is it permissible to send daughters to western universities in Europe and the U.S. for study?

Afraid that she may die before settling her debts

Sold all his property to his wife to disinherit his sons
Salamu Alaykoum
A 66 years old man had a terminal cancer. During his last days he sold all of his properties to his only wife therefore preventing his 3 male sons from inheriting him supposedly because he doesn't his wife to get a small inheritance. Is that legal? What should the sons do in order to get their share of the inheritance.
