Question
I would like to know about cupping because I have heart problems.
Answer
All perfect praise be to Allaah, The Lord of the Worlds. I testify that there is none worthy of worship except Allaah, and that Muhammad, sallallaahu ‘alayhi wa sallam, is His slave and Messenger.
It is permissible to avail of Hijaamah (cupping) as a medical treatment. The Prophet, sallallaahu ‘alayhi wa sallam, used Hijaamah and urged the people to use it. He explained that it is one of the best treatments.
In Saheeh Al-Bukhari and Saheeh Muslim it is reported that Anas 
narrated that the Prophet, sallallaahu ‘alayhi wa sallam, said: “Hijaamah is the perfect medical treatment.” To discover its benefits, please refer to At-Tibb An-Nabawi written by Ibn Qayyim Al-Jawziyyah
