Question
How can a husband behave with his wife in the daytime of Ramadan? I.e. can he enjoy her or kiss her in strong tendency but of course without having sex "Jema'a" with her especially we are new spouses for two months only. In other words, what are the limits and restrictions of such a relationship?
Answer
All perfect praise be to Allah, The Lord of the Worlds. I testify that there is none worthy of worship except Allah, and that Muhammad 
is His slave and Messenger.
Initially, you should avoid any foreplay with your wife or kissing her during the day in Ramadan as you avoid eating and drinking. Beware of anything that could arouse sexual desires during Ramadan daytime including touching your wife, kissing her…etc. This will help you avoid indulging in a forbidden act that results in much embarrassment and hardship. In this respect, you should know that if you ejaculate as a result of kissing your wife, then your fasting is nullified and you will have to fast a day to make up for the day in which you ejaculated. Some scholars are even of the view that pre-seminal discharges (Madhi) invalidate the fasting. On the other hand, there is no objection to your sitting with your wife, talking with her, teaching her …etc. as long as you do not indulge in sexual intercourse or its prerequisites (kissing…).
