Question
Does touching ladies break ablution?
Answer
Praise be to Allah, the Lord of the Worlds; and may His blessings and peace be upon our Prophet Muhammad and upon all his Family and Companions.
The most correct opinion is that touching a woman does not nullify Wudu as long as there is no discharge from private parts. It is proved that "The Prophet (Sallallahu Alaihi wa Sallam) kissed his wife and did not renew his Wudu" [Reported by Imam Ahmad and the Imams of Sunans].
However, one should avoid touching alien women since the Satan flows in body of a human being in his blood. Ayisha (Radiya Allahu Anha) said: "Prophet's hand (Sallallahu Alaihi wa Sallam) never touched any alien woman" . Allah Says (interpretation of meaning): {Indeed in the Messenger of Allâh (Muhammad SAW) you have a good example to follow for him …} [33: 21].
Know that alien women are most likely the source of seduction and Islamic Sharia always blocks the doors that could lead to prohibitions.
