Question
As we are aware that black bodies observe more heat? I wish to ask you that when women wear Burkha which is in black in colour generates heat in human body which intern creates sexual feeling in them, is this correct?
Answer
Praise be to Allah, the Lord of the World; and may His blessings and peace be upon our Prophet Muhammad and upon all his Family and Companions.
If wearing black clothes generates heat in body, and in turn, causes sexual feeling, this has no effect on the Shari'a ruling, that legalizes wearing such cloths. But, it is Haram to wear any dress that causes temptation outside home, since it is a form of adornment or it is perfumed.
However, increasing women's sexual desire due to wearing black clothes could not be recognized except by her husband. As a rule, Allah has legalized enjoyment with a wife as long as it is in accordance with Shari'a. So, there is no objection to wearing such clothes.
