Question
I live in a non-Muslim country and I see girls every where and I can not help thinking about them. When I go to the bathroom to urinate I see liquid coming out of my penis. Does that break my fasting?
Answer
All perfect praise be to Allah, The Lord of the Worlds. I testify that there is none worthy of worship except Allah, and that Muhammad 
is His slave and Messenger.
A Muslim is asked to lower his gaze from seeing forbidden things pursuant to the Saying of Allah (which means): {Tell the believing men to lower their gaze (from looking at forbidden things),…} [Quran 24:30] The Prophet said: “The Zina of the eyes is the sight (at a forbidden thing)” [Muslim]
As for pre-seminal discharge during fast does it break fast or not? This is a matter of difference of opinion among the Muslim scholars. The most correct opinion is that it does not break fast, especially if a person does not deliberately cause this discharge. There is no Hadeeth proving that it breaks the fast.
