Question
What does the "Tib alNabawi" (Prophetic Medicine) say about eczema? Also, what are some Dua's for cure?
Answer
All perfect praise be to Allah, The Lord of the Worlds. I testify that there is none worthy of worship except Allah, and that Muhammad 
is His slave and Messenger.
Eczema is a skin disease. We do not know of anything in the Prophetic medicine concerning the treatment of this disease.
There are common supplications for seeking cure. So, they can be used for any disease. Among those supplications is what is narrated by Imam Abu Daawood that Abu Ad-Dardaa’ 
said: "I heard the Prophet saying: “If any of you is suffering from anything or his brother is suffering, he should say: Our Lord is Allah Who is in the heaven, Holy is Your Name, Your Command reigns supreme in the heaven and the earth; Your Mercy is in the heaven, so place Your Mercy in the earth; forgive us our sins, and our errors; You are the Lord of good men; send down Mercy from Your Mercy, and remedy from Your Healing on this pain, and it will be cured.”
It is also reported from the Prophet that he used to say: “Never mind, may it (the sickness) be a purification, if Allah wills.” He also used to invoke Allah, saying, “Take away the disease, O the Lord of the people! Cure him as You are the One Who cures. There is no cure but Yours, a cure that leaves no disease.” [Al-Bukhari]
You may use honey and black cumin as Allah has made them a source of cure.
Allah Says while speaking about bees (what means): {There emerges from their bellies a drink, varying in colors, in which there is healing for people.} [Quran 16: 69]
Medical research has proven that honey and its products are very useful in treating skin diseases, and eczema is one of them.
Some experimenters prescribe how to use it. They say that first one should clean the affected place with diluted vinegar, and then apply a mixture of honey and fenugreek. Allah will cure him, Allah willing. The Prophet said: “The black cumin is healing for all diseases except As-Saam; i.e., Death.” [Al-Bukhari and Muslim]
