Question
Earning money from gamingIs it halal to earn revenues from youtube by playing video games?Also, i know the game has a light type of music (unharmful music) and it can lead to addiction, if its halal, do i hold the responsibility if the ones who saw my video downloaded the game and left their islamic obligations?
Answer
All perfect praise be to Allah, The Lord of the Worlds. I testify that there is none worthy of worship except Allah, and that Muhammad 
is His slave and Messenger.
If the music included in the games is not intended in itself in the game, then it is not forbidden to sell these games.
The person who buys these games should not listen to the music, and if he does so, or that he loses his time and obligations because of them, then he is the one who bears the sin and not the seller.
However, if the music is intended in itself in the game and it is not only subsequent to it, then it is not permissible to sell them.
Indeed, there are many areas of lawful earning that do not involve any doubt, and the Muslim must seek them.
The Prophet, sallallaahu ʻalayhi wa sallam, said: “The Holy Spirit (Jibreel [Gabriel]) has communicated to me that no soul dies before its appointed time and without having received its provisions in full; so fear Allah and seek provision with decency, and do not let the slow coming of provision cause you to seek it by disobeying Allah, for that which is with Allah cannot be attained except by obeying Him.” [Al-Albaani graded it as Saheeh (authentic) in Saheeh al-Jaami’ as-Saheeh]
