Answer

All perfect praise be to Allah, The Lord of the Worlds. I testify that there is none worthy of worship except Allah, and that Muhammad sallallaahu `alayhi wa sallam ( may Allaah exalt his mention ) is His slave and Messenger.

The Arabic letter is not inviolable according to the preponderant opinion in our view, if it does not include something that is glorified Islamically, such as the Names of Allah or the Names of His Messengers and Prophets, may Allah exalt their mention.

There is no sin on someone who throws something on which Arabic letters are written that do not include something that is glorified Islamically.

Generally, what is written on food products, cups, drinking bottles, bags, boxes and the like, is something that is not obligatory to glorify or honor, as it is not the Names of Allah or Names of the Prophets that are written on them.

Since this is the case, it is not necessary to investigate the matter as long as it is most likely that they do not include a respectable name on them.

At this time and age, it is something that has become widespread to see products with Arabic letters written on them, and papers that are written in Arabic thrown on the floor; it is difficult to avoid this.

Commanding the person who has reached the age of accountability to inspect every little piece of paper that he finds on the floor is difficult as it is known.

Allah knows best.
