Question
Salaam. You said that any water that comes out of the urethra is impure, even if it is the water which you used to clean yourself. My question is: how can you prevent water from going inside the urethra, as I have to rub he area and exit where urine comes out from. I do not like just pouring, as I do not feel that it cleans without running. I am really paranoid now because when I rub water there, the water goes in and out of the urethra. Please advise.
Answer
All perfect praise be to Allah, the Lord of the worlds. I testify that there is none worthy of worship except Allah and that Muhammad 
is His slave and Messenger.
First of all, you should know that the vagina consists of two parts: the outer vagina, which is the part that is visible when she sits to relieve herself, and that is the part which she is obliged to wash when performing Istinjaa’ (washing private parts with water after relieving oneself); and the inner vagina, which she is not obliged to wash when performing Istinjaa’.
If water enters into the part that must be washed, which is the outer vagina, and then the water comes out of it, then this does not invalidate ablution, and it is not ruled as impure if it comes out pure (clean), but the water that comes out from the inner vagina invalidates ablution and is ruled as impure.
So when you make Istinjaa’, do not make the water enter the inner vagina; it is enough to wash the outer part, which is visible when you sit, without overburdening yourself.
You should know that in Istinjaa’, it is enough to think that the place has most likely become pure, and you should avoid paranoid whispers, not give them any attention, and not get carried away with them, as getting carried away with them leads to a great evil.
