Question
Is it true that Surah Yaseen or part of its verses were in the Torah as well? Is it true?
Answer
All perfect praise be to Allaah, The Lord of the Worlds. I testify that there is none worthy of worship except Allaah and that Muhammad 
is His slave and Messenger.
After investigation, we have not come across what you have mentioned in the question. The Torah that is in the hands of the people today does not contain this surah [or part of it]. It is known that the Torah was revealed in Hebrew, while the Quran was revealed in Arabic.
