Asslamualikum A girl lives in my neighborhood. She keep the Jinn in her body. When Jinn in her body Jinn made Nikah that girl to other boy. Jinn told both are now husband and wife. Can Jinn made naikah in place of Molvi (QAZI). Both girl and boy are living as husband and wife. It is right as per Sariyat.
All perfect praise be to Allaah, The Lord of the Worlds. I testify that there is none worthy of worship except Allaah, and that Muhammad is His slave and Messenger.
As for what you have mentioned about the Jinn, it is meaningless and mere nonsense. It implies corruption and mischief because the Jinn belong to the world of the Unseen and we generally do not base any ruling or judgment related to our lives on their actions. This is because there is no way to believe their claims. If this is the case with our everyday affairs, then what about the marriage bond by means of which husbands are legally entitled to sexual enjoyment of their wives? The Islamic Sharee'ah has specified a set of precautionary measures and conditions in order to avoid any potential abuse of that sacred bond. Therefore, these two must repent to Allaah Almighty and break up. For further information, please refer to Fatwa 102222.
On the other hand, Jinn possession of humans is acknowledged by the Islamic Sharee'ah and it is a verified fact. It can be cured by means of the Ruqyah (known chants) from the Quran and Sunnah; please refer to Fataawa 86466 and 88660.
We warn that it is impermissible for a Muslim to consult magicians, soothsayers and sorcerers. Some of the wives of the Prophet, sallallaahu ‘alayhi wa sallam, narrated that the Prophet, sallallaahu ‘alayhi wa sallam, said: “He who goes to a sorcerer and asks him about something, his Salat (prayers) will not be accepted for forty days.” [Muslim] Moreover, Abu Hurayrah reported that the Prophet, sallallaahu ‘alayhi wa sallam, said: “Whoever goes to a sorcerer or fortuneteller and believes what he says, he has disbelieved in that which was revealed to Muhammad, sallallaahu ‘alayhi wa sallam.” [Ahmad]
Allaah Knows best.
