Question
Dear Brother Salam, one of My friend has told that if muslim man marries girl & he has more than 12 children form that girl(Same Girl), They should remarry again. Please reply. I have not heard or read before about that Thanks & best Regards, Mohammed
Answer
All perfect praise be to Allaah, The Lord of the Worlds. I testify that there is none worthy of worship except Allaah, and that Muhammad 
is His slave and Messenger.
This statement is baseless and has no foundation. The bond of marriage remains valid between the husband and his wife until he divorces her or that the marriage contract is invalidated due to any of the reasons of invalidating the marriage contract, like apostasy for instance.
