Question
asslaamu alaikkum . sir, can i lend money to my friend bcoz he want to pay his bank loan or something like that
Answer
All perfect praise be to Allaah, The Lord of the Worlds. I testify that there is none worthy of worship except Allaah, and that Muhammad 
is His slave and Messenger.
If the loan includes Riba (interest and/or usury), and your friend is paying back the loan and the interests, then find out whether your friend has repented from borrowing money with Riba and whether he is only paying the original debt to the bank without any interests, in which case, it is permissible to help him in this matter by lending him money.
However, if nothing of the above happened, then in our view, you should not lend him money as a way of avoiding helping him in paying back the interests.
On the other hand, if the loan does not involve paying interest or that he had already paid the interests, then it is permissible to lend him money. For more benefit, please refer to Fatwa 86521.
