Question
As Salam Alaikum. Thank for your reply regarding question no 2245861, it was little late but contradictory. You said you have not come across such hadeeth but I had enquired from people of hadeeth here in INDIA. They say such hadith does exist in 'Kanzul Ummal' Vol. no. 5, part no. 10, Page no 17, Section Kitab-ut-Tibb wa ruqya. Book is edited by Mehmood Umar Dinyati, Printed in Beirut Lebanon in 2004 in Arabic. The word mention is 'al-utruzza' for the fruit. My questions are : 1. Whether 'al-utruzza' means Orange as per correct translation/interpretation. 2. Also according to Ahle-Hadeeth scholar here this hadith has more than one reporter missing i.e. hadith is "Mu'dal" which is weak. Please confirm from books you have whether it is "Mu'dal". Also verify the details mentioned above about book and clearly state authenticity of hadith,stating views of scholars if any. 3. Whetherit can be acted upon or not. 4. Whether Shaikh Albanee has mentioned this hadith in book aj-daeefa.
I have great respect and feels you people(Scholars) who are not biased and gives reply quoting saheeh hadeeth are more knowledgeable than others. There is great argument going on with my friend and a scholar has progagated this hadith. Please reply early.

All perfect praise be to Allaah, The Lord of the Worlds. I testify that there is none worthy of worship except Allaah, and that Muhammad 
is His slave and Messenger.
The Hadeeth which you inquired about with the wording 'You people make use of orange’, does not exist with this wording in “Kanz-ul-‘Ummaal”. It might be that you are inquiring about the Hadeeth that reads: “You people make use of ‘Uttrujj (citron) as it strengthens the heart.” The author of “Kanz-ul-‘Ummaal” attributed this Hadeeth to Ad-Daylami in “Musnad Al-Firdaws” from ‘Abdur-Rahmaan ibn Dalham; As-Sayooti said the same thing in Al-Jaami’ As-Sagheer, but Shaykh Al-Albaani 
classified it as Dha’eef [weak] in Dha’eef Al-Jaami’ number 3753.
This Hadeeth is mentioned under number 28257 in “Kanz-ul-‘Ummaal” whereas in your previous question you mentioned the number of the Hadeeth as being 28253.
The ‘Uttrujj is a kind of fruit other than the orange, so you should not hasten to say that we are wrong while we are not. We do not have at hand the edition of “Kanz-ul-‘Ummaal” which you mentioned and if you find it, you may refer to it in order to make sure about what we mentioned.
