I have 'Piles" complaint which was confirmed by the doctor. During "wodhu" piles was coming out side and it was difficult to keep the wodhu. Becuase of this it take long time to me for taking "wodhu". Please explain me if 'piles' comes out during 'wodhu' is permisable or is there any other way for this.
All perfect praise be to Allaah, The Lord of the Worlds. I testify that there is none worthy of worship except Allaah, and that Muhammad is His slave and Messenger.
If piles come out, then this by itself does not invalidate ablution unless an impurity comes out with it, like blood and the like, in which case, it invalidates ablution and it is an obligation to purify the clothes that are stained by it.
However, if the matter is repeated and the blood discharges come out continuously without you having a time to pray without that stopping, then in this case, the ruling that applies to you is the same ruling of the one who has incontinence of urine [or wind]. For more benefit, please refer to Fatwa 85661.
In this case, you are obliged to purify the place after the beginning of every obligatory prayer and then you should put a piece of cloth or cotton on it, and then you should perform ablution and the prayer; the discharges that may come out after having performed ablution or during the prayer do not invalidate your ablution. This ablution is only invalidated after the end of the fixed time of the obligatory prayer for which you had performed ablution, or in case of another thing which invalidates ablution occurs.
Similarly, if the blood discharges are continuous, and the cotton or a piece of cloth are of no avail in preventing the discharges from reaching your clothes, and there is a hardship for you in changing the clothes, then it becomes permissible for you to pray with it and you are not obliged to make up the prayer after this, as Allaah Says (what means): {…and has not placed upon you in the religion any difficulty.}[Quran 22:78]
Allaah Knows best.
