Question
Assalam O Aleukum
I have read the Hadith related to Killing of 5 animals as not sinful in Sahi Bukhari.
In these five animals i can understand the 3 but I cant understand why the CROW and KITE's killing in not sinful.
As i have faith that Islam is a Logical religion. I cant find the reason of it. Can you please guide me or can answer my query why a CROW and Kite's Killing is not sinfull

Answer
All perfect praise be to Allaah, The Lord of the Worlds. I testify that there is none worthy of worship except Allaah, and that Muhammad 
is His slave and Messenger.
The texts of revelation are revealed from Allaah, The All-Knowing, The All-Wise. Allaah has absolute wisdom in this and we may or may not realize it.
In any case, a Muslim should believe in the revealed text whether or not he realizes the wisdom thereof. Afterwards, it is permissible for him to investigate the wisdom so that his certainty will be increased and he will be even more satisfied.
However, the scholars 
stated that the wisdom for the order to kill such animals is because people are greatly harmed by them and we have already clarified this in Fatwa 87386.
There is no doubt that the crow and the kite cause such harm, and this is known by whoever is acquainted with their circumstances.
