Question
Asalamualaikum, Thanks you all for your hard work, i have a question regarding a brother i know. He received oral sex from men and thinks it does not make him a homosexual because there is no penetration. he is young and not married. He says he is not attracted to men and as long as there no penetration he is not a homosexual. Is he a homosexual or not?
Answer
All perfect praise be to Allaah, The Lord of the Worlds. I testify that there is none worthy of worship except Allaah, and that Muhammad 
is His slave and Messenger.
The person whom you referred to in the question is considered a homosexual, he is disobedient to his Lord and sinful, and he is obliged to repent to Allaah. The term homosexual applies to that man because he is sexually perverted and through his abominable act he has contradicted religion and the Fitrah (natural disposition upon which Allaah created mankind), and he has also contradicted the sound and sane people. Therefore, he is obliged to repent to Allaah before he regrets when regrets are of no avail. You should advise him and remind him of Allaah and His severe Punishment.
