I received some beef jerky that a friend sells that was made with wine. In the Holy Qur'an, it is clearly stated that pork meat is forbidden. I refer to Surah Al-An'am [6:145, 6:146]. In the second verse, Allah's states that it was forbidden to eat the Shohoom or fat of cattle and cows.
