Leading `Asr prayer after having performed it
Assalamu Alaikum,
In our masjid, a person (not the Imam) performs Salah in Jamah and then leads the prayer for late comers for Farz Salah. This happens specifically during Salath-al-Asr.
Please let me know if this act is acceptable in the light of Quraan and Sunnah?

Praying Taraaweeh behind a forgetful old Imaam
During Ramadan Taraweeh Prayer, our visiting Imaam (Aalim and Hafiz)is very old and has memory problem due to age.
