Supplicating Allaah to make us cry out of fear of Him
When I cry I feel a big relief alhamdulillah but I don't cry much and sometimes try to make myself cry (like when in prayer, hearing an aayah for example) but instead get anxious about having a hard heart and get depressed, so is it alright to ask Allah swt to make you cry out of khashiya? Muslim by birth is not always better than a revert

Acts that make one forbidden to Hell
assalaamou'alaikoum I read a hadith saying that whoever prays 4 rakaat sunnat before Zohr and 4 rakaat sunnat after Zohr, Jahanam (Hell) will be forbidden to him/her (that is, Allah will prevent such person from entering Hell).
