Does swallowing blood invalidate the fast?
I suffer from bleeding gums especially when speaking or laughing. During the month of Ramadhaan, it is very difficult for me to spit out the blood, particularly when I am inside a study hall or on a bus.

Breaking fasting because of having surgery in Ramadan

A considerable amount of time for harboring the intention of an obligatory fast
When Ramadhaan came, I harbored the intention to fast at night but I did not observe fasting on the first day due to a Sharee‘ah-valid excuse (having menstruation).
