An administrator of an inherited estate has no right to refuse its distribution
What does Islamic law of inheritance say about the distribution? Can Administrator of the Estate refuse to distribute and instead decide to administer the estate in perpetuity? Is this allowed in Islam? .. More

Parents have a share of inheritance from their deceased daughter
As-Salāmu `Alaykum , My cousin's wife died few months ago in New York, she had a son & a doughter, my cousin was with her all the time & still loves her. Now his wife's parents wants share from her belongings (Jewelery, diamond & from her bank savings).
