How to move to fill a gap in the row ahead during prayer

Imaam standing left side of the people praying behind him

Performs Witr with his wife in congregation
Is it allowed to pray Shafe3 and witr in jama3a? I pray 3esha in the masjid and when I go home I pray the shafe3 and witr in jama3a with my wife Jahran (aloud), so at least she can have 27 X the deeds like it is in Fard with jama3a.

Leading `Asr prayer after having performed it
Assalamu Alaikum,
In our masjid, a person (not the Imam) performs Salah in Jamah and then leads the prayer for late comers for Farz Salah. This happens specifically during Salath-al-Asr.
Please let me know if this act is acceptable in the light of Quraan and Sunnah?

Imaam remembered after prayer that he prayed without Wudu

Doing the actions of the prayer at the same time the Imaam does them
When i pray in jamaat at my local mosque, the Imaam usually prostrates in ruku and sajdah positions, and then says Allah-u-akbar (I can see him do this because I pray behind him), and i see a lot of people who are praying next to me bow down in ruku and sajdah at the same time as the Imaam but before the Imaam has even said Allah-u-akbar.
