Position of knees and hands in prostration
In Salih Ibn Uthaymeen's book about prayer "Al-Sharh Al-Mumti" I've found a Hadith from Wail bin Hujr that the Prophet (Sallallahu Alaihi wa Sallam) used to support himself while he was getting up in prayer on his knees while his hands were on his thighs.
