It is obligatory to stop prayer to save a human being

Doubting the recitation of Al-Faatihah in prayer
What is the Sharee‘ah ruling when one is doubtful whether or not he recited Al-Faatihah in prayer? I feel that I indeed recited it but am doubtful. Doubting the number of Rak‘ahs during prayer and then being certain after the time is over
