Meaning of a dream

Question:

While I was sleeping I heard some sort of noise and then I felt as if the angel of death has come to took me back so I did said "Laa Ilaaha Illa Allaah Muhammad Rasool Allaah" then that angel vanished. What was this all please explain me I am really worry if you don't deal in it then give me English site link please.

Answer:

All perfect praise be to Allaah, The Lord of the Worlds. I testify that there is none worthy of worship except Allaah, and that Muhammad is His slave and Messenger. We ask Allaah to exalt his mention as well as that of his family and all his companions.

 

What a person sees in a dream can be divided into three categories: A dream from Allaah, a dream from desires and a dream from Satan. However, we cannot determine the category of your dream. Moreover, you do not have to worry about what was in your dream, rather you have to seek righteousness and perform acts of good deeds. This is required from you anyway so that you will be prepared for death. It might be that what you saw in a dream is good for you as it reminds you about the Hereafter. Death will definitely come one day and every person has his appointed time which he cannot delay or hasten. As regards the interpretation of what you had seen, you can consult a trustworthy person who is known to interpret dreams.
