"Worldly life is cursed..."

Question:

What is the authenticity of the Hadeeth in which the Prophet, sallallaahu ‘alayhi wa sallam, said that worldly life is cursed by Allaah the Almighty because it keeps people away from Allaah; and that everything in this life is also cursed, except the mention of Allaah and all that Allaah the Almighty likes, such as good deeds, scholars?

Answer:

All perfect praise be to Allaah, the Lord of the worlds. I testify that there is none worthy of worship except Allaah, and that Muhammad, sallallaahu ‘alayhi wa sallam, is His slave and Messenger.

The Hadeeth in question is narrated by At-Tirmithi, Ibn Maajah and Ad-Daarimi and it is an authentic Hadeeth.
