Husband traveling for entertainment without his wife or her permission

Question:

Is it permissible for a husband to travel for entertainment to another country refusing to take his wife and without her permission?

Answer:

All perfect praise be to Allaah, The Lord of the Worlds. I testify that there is none worthy of worship except Allaah, and that Muhammad is His slave and Messenger. We ask Allaah to exalt his mention as well as that of his family and all his companions.

 

A man can go on a tour provided it does not lead to any prohibition or he does not go to a place where sins are committed. Traveling without being accompanied by his wife or without her permission is allowed. However, it is better to inform her to foster intimacy, love and to maintain good relations with her. In fact it is preferable to travel accompanied by one's wife if it is possible.

However, we draw the attention of our brothers that being with one's family and children to care for them is better than a trip that is seldom free from some prohibitions.
