Praise be to Allah, the Lord of the Worlds; and may His blessings and peace be upon our Prophet Muhammad and upon all his Family and Companions.
The discharge that comes out just after having urinated is called Wadi. What you experiencing might be Madhi (pre-seminal fluid) or Wadi. Hence you have to wash it from your body and clothes and then perform prayers after making Wudu. If the discharge comes out frequently (in short intervals), if you can perform the prayer in their fixed times then you should perform them when in a state of purity. To perform prayers in this pause of purity you may leave performing prayers in congregation, Allah will give you, Insha Allah the reward of praying in congregation.
If the emergence of discharge is continuous so that you do not have sufficient time for performing the prayers in their fixed times, then the rulings of the person who faces incontinence of urine apply to you. Please refer to fatwa 82085.
You should wash the impurity from your body and clothes, use an absorbent, make Wudu, and then perform the obligatory and non-obligatory prayers as much as you wish. If the discharge emerges during prayers it does not affect your purity. The same steps should be repeated for every prayer.
Allah knows best.
