All perfect praise be to Allah, The Lord of the Worlds. I testify that there is none worthy of worship except Allah, and that Muhammad is His slave and Messenger.
There is no objection that a woman removes the hair of her body while menstruating or after her menses if necessary. As far as we know, there is no evidence in the Quran or the Sunnah prohibiting this act for her.
However, some scholars prefer that a person's hair or nails be cut while in a state of purity. But these scholars did not mention any evidence backing their preference.
Shaykh Ibn Taymiyyah said: “And I do not know any evidence indicating dislike that the person in ceremonial impurity cuts his hair or nails.”
Allah knows best.
