Student Want to Marry Girl who Want to Become Muslim

Question:
There is one lady who wants to become a Muslim and she wants to marry only a brother who can pay for her the school and her future education because after she accepts Islam her father might get mad and stop paying school tuition for her. I'm 21 years old and she is 19 and I'm a student in the same college and I really want to marry her because she looks like a strong Muslim wife in the future and I don't want to miss this opportunity so how can I convince her that I will be an ideal husband for her even though I cannot fulfill the condition or the possibility to pay for the school.
Answer:
All perfect praise be to Allah, The Lord of the Worlds. I testify that there is none worthy of worship except Allah, and that Muhammad 
is His slave and Messenger.
We ask Allah to open the heart of this girl so that she enters Islam and we ask Him to accept her Islam and guide her to the Right Path.
We inform the dear questioner that the fact that this girl asks for expenditure and studying fees for marriage is a lawful thing because it is a condition that does not contradict the Sharee’ah or the marriage contract. The Prophet said: “Muslims are bound to fulfill the conditions they set (in their contracts) as long as these conditions do not contradict the truth.” [Ad-Daaraqutni; Al-Albaani graded it as authentic]
You may, dear brother, seek the help of righteous people who could help you as to convince this girl become Muslim and eventually marry her if she is chaste. This is lawful as she is one of the recipients of Zakaah being a new Muslim. So, the cost of her study and accommodation can be paid by Zakaah organizations.
But if you fail to marry her, look for a pious man whom you think has the means to pay the tuition fees and who is suitable for her and try to help in their marriage as convincing someone to become Muslim is highly rewarded.
We remind you that it is strictly prohibited that you have any illicit relation with this girl like falling in love, talking about sex, or staying in seclusion with her. You should follow the behavior identified by Islam as far as the relation between men and women is concerned; i.e., proposing to marry her, establishing a marriage contract, and finally living with her.
