Committing haram acts with one's wife

Question:

If one commits some haram act with his wife out of ignorance what is the penalty?

Answer:

Praise be to Allah, the Lord of the Worlds; and may His blessings and peace be upon our Prophet Muhammad and upon all his Family and Companions.

The inquirer did not mention the nature of prohibitions he had violated. Does he mean indulging in anal sex or having sex while the wife is menstruating or is still bleeding after giving birth? All the above acts are forbidden. So, one should not commit them in any case. Allah Says (interpretation of meaning): {… therefore keep away from women during menses …} [2: 222].
The Prophet (Sallallahu Alaihi wa Sallam) said about how to act with a menstruating wife: "Do everything except intercourse" [Reported by Imam Muslim ].
He also said: "He is cursed, the one who has intercourse with a woman in her rectum" [ Ahmad ].
If one does so without knowledge he would not be blamed for that act for the Hadith that the Prophet (Sallallahu Alaihi wa Sallam) said: "Allah forgives my Ummah's mistakes, forgetfulness, and the acts on which they are forced" [ Ibn Majah ].
However, we can hardly perceive that a person might make sex without knowledge while his wife is in her period and we cannot imagine how he could indulge in anal sex with her without knowing that.
