All perfect praise be to Allah, The Lord of the Worlds. I testify that there is none worthy of worship except Allah, and that Muhammad is His slave and Messenger.
The duty of all Muslims anywhere in the world is to advise one another with wisdom and good exhortation, and above all, those Muslims who live in countries where they are a minority. In fact, they would not be able to live happily in such circumstances as long as they are disunited. So, each one of them should forgive his brother's mistakes when possible.
Allah Says (what means): {And obey Allah and His Messenger, and do not dispute and [thus] lose courage and [then] your strength would depart; and be patient. Indeed, Allah is with the patient.} [Quran 8:46]
Allah also Says (what means): {And hold firmly to the rope of Allah all together and do not become divided.} [Quran 3:103].
Indeed a true Muslim should endeavor to bring together his Muslim brothers: individuals, groups or institutions. If he sees any defect, he should reform it with wisdom and advice. Islam teaches us that when giving advice to a person, we should talk to him in private while showing him our compassion and our desire to help him, and remind him of some of his good manners before giving advice to him as to what he should do in order to rectify himself.
Allah knows best.
