Da’wah in the light of Quran and Sunnah

Question:
What is the best way to do Da‘wah in a society where sins, innovations and deviation from the rules of Allaah, The Almighty, are predominant, in addition to the lack of the scholars of Ahlus-Sunnah, many of whom are being fought by the authorities?
Answer:
All perfect praise be to Allaah, The Lord of the Worlds. I testify that there is none worthy of worship except Allaah, and that Muhammad 
is His slave and Messenger.
There is no doubt that Da‘wah (calling to Islam) is one of the most honorable activities and the best righteous deed which can bring one closer to Allaah, The Almighty. Due to its honorable status, it is only shouldered by people with firm resolution, who can sacrifice their wealth or even their own selves for this noble cause. Therefore, it is the task of the most honorable people such as the Prophets and Messengers, may Allaah exalt their mention, the callers to Allaah, The Almighty, and the reformers. Allaah, The Almighty, Says (what means): {Say, "This is my way; I invite to Allaah with insight, I and those who follow me."} [Quran 12:108]
Thus, Da‘wah is something that should be done by everyone who follows the Prophet, sallaallaahu ‘alayhi wa sallam, but people differ in their ability to do that according to their various positions, capabilities and qualifications.
We advise our dear questioner and those like him to gain the necessary knowledge that enables them to hold circles for reciting the Quran in a certain mosque or house on a daily basis or whatever is suitable to them. They could also make a schedule for memorizing some Ahadeeth (plural of Hadeeth) starting with the Forty Hadeeth, and learning some of the principles of jurisprudence and Da‘wah. After that, you can gradually memorize more of the Quran and Ahadeeth as well as reading more books on jurisprudence, Da‘wah and the Arabic language. In this way, you will be standing on solid ground from which you can start doing Da‘wah. You will find numerous means that you did not expect that will help you to perform this task.
Allaah The Almighty Says (what means): {O you who have believed, if you support Allaah , He will support you and plant firmly your feet.} [Quran 47:7]
