All perfect praise be to Allaah, The Lord of the Worlds. I testify that there is none worthy of worship except Allaah, and that Muhammad, sallallaahu ‘alayhi wa sallam, is His Slave and Messenger.
First of all, it is obligatory for every Muslim to like what Allaah The Almighty Likes in a way that requires him to fulfill the Obligations of Allaah The Almighty. He also has to hate what Allaah The Almighty Hates in a way that requires him to refrain from the Prohibitions of Allaah. In fact, this means that he should do what Allaah The Almighty Likes and stop doing what Allaah The Almighty Dislikes.
Wearing Hijab is a clear sign that you love Allaah The Almighty, observe His Commands, and that you have sound faith, Allaah willing.
What you feel about wearing Hijab is only whispers of the devil, and souls always hate what is beneficial for them. This is not the kind of hatred that entails disbelief or makes you non-Muslim. So, seek refuge with Allaah The Almighty from the accursed devil, recite the Quran attentively and read the Tafseer of the verses that are not clear for you. All such things will enable you to get ride of this feeling. Allaah The Almighty Says (what means): {And We Send down of the Quran that which is healing and mercy for the believers.}[Quran 17:82] Imaam At-Tabari, May Allaah Have mercy upon him, said, “It is a cure for ignorance and misguidance. Furthermore, it is guidance and mercy for those who believe."
As for the hatred that entails disbelief, which the scholars have mentioned, it is to hate the Noble Quran because it has the principles of Tawheed and the divine commands which go against the desires of the souls. Also, this type includes hating the people of Tawheed and loving those of disbelief. Imaam At-Tabari said in explaining the Saying of Allaah The Almighty (which means): {That is because they disliked what Allaah Revealed.}[Quran 47:9], that they hated Our Book that we sent down to Our Prophet, sallallaahu ‘alayhi wa sallam, denied it and then said it is plain magic.
Ibn Al-Qayyim said, “This is the status of the one who regards the sacred religious texts to be too heavy for him and prevent him from fulfilling his evil wishes, hence, for him they act as the solid structure that cannot be penetrated."
