All perfect praise be to Allah, The Lord of the Worlds. I testify that there is none worthy of worship except Allah, and that Muhammad is His slave and Messenger.
In your question, there is some ambiguity. It is unclear whether your husband has divorced you or not, as you mentioned that you have divorced your husband. Divorce is in the hands of the man, not the woman. It is also unclear whether the marriage occurred before or after the divorce. Therefore, we advise consulting with a knowledgeable scholar or contacting an Islamic center to address this question.
In general, it is forbidden for a married woman to marry another man until her husband divorces her or the legal judge annuls her marriage. Her waiting period ('iddah) must also be completed, and it is not permissible for a woman who is in her 'iddah to marry until her waiting period is over. All of these rulings are agreed upon.
If a married woman or one who is in her 'iddah marries another man, the marriage is considered void and must be annulled.
Allah knows best.
