All perfect praise be to Allah, The Lord of the Worlds. I testify that there is none worthy of worship except Allah, and that Muhammad is His slave and Messenger.
We begin by saying that dialogue and understanding should prevail within the framework of mutual respect between spouses, considering what is in the interest of both of them. They should not leave room for Shaytan (the Devil) to cause animosity between them since it may result in regrettable consequences of a divorce and the negative effects it brings, especially to the child.
And if a woman does not fear harm to herself or her child by traveling with her husband, and her husband is not consent with her staying, then it is obligatory on her to obey her husband because it comes under the obedience in good deeds.
And her husband should not turn away from her and refrain from talking to her or understanding with her. We advise her to supplicate Allah much that He Almighty amends their affairs, and to continue in her efforts to reconciliate and seek the mediation of wise people.
Allah knows best.
