Praying behind innovators

Salam Aleikum,JazakAllah for your previous replies. What is the ruling on praying behind people who follow naqshbandi and also those who read burdah. If they are laymen can we say it’s ignorance?JazakAllah khayr

All perfect praise be to Allah, The Lord of the Worlds. I testify that there is none worthy of worship except Allah, and that Muhammad is His slave and Messenger.
