Rulings Pertaining to Tamattu' Hajj

Question:
During haj i visited taif from mecca and when again i return to mecca , the ehram requird back or not?
Answer:
All perfect praise be to Allah, The Lord of the Worlds. I testify that there is none worthy of worship except Allah, and that Muhammad 
is His slave and Messenger.
If you are performing the Tamattu' type of Hajj and you performed 'Umrah and then went to Taa'if; if this is what you had done, then a group of jurists are of the opinion that one is not required to make Ihraam in the following case; if the pilgrim is performing Hajj Tamattu' performs 'Umrah upon arrival to Makkah and then leaves Makkah before the day of Tarwiyyah for a distance that is considered a travelling distance. Such a pilgrim is not required to assume Ihraam before entering Makkah for Hajj. He continues to be in the state of Hajj Tamattu' and must offer the Hajj sacrifice (Hady).
This is the opinion of Shaykh Ibn 'Uthaymeen 
which he stated when he was asked about the one who visits the Mosque of the Prophet between 'Umrah and Hajj or goes out to Taa'if, and whether or not he must assume Ihraam when he returns to Makkah if his intention was to perform Hajj Tamattu'? He replied: "Ihraam would not be obligatory on him" meaning, when a pilgrim, who performed ‘Umrah during the months of Hajj, travels to Taa‘if, Jeddah, or Madeenah, then, returns to Makkah, he would not be required to assume Ihraam for Hajj, because he is simply returning to the place he was originally residing in. All he must do is assume the state of Ihraam for Hajj on the day of Tarwiyyah in Makkah as if he is a resident of Makkah who traveled to Madeenah during the months of Hajj, then, returned from Madeenah with the intention of performing Hajj that year. Such a person is not required to assume Ihraam for Hajj except from Makkah."
Some jurists are of the opinion that if the pilgrim who is doing Hajj Tamattu' leaves Makkah for a distance that is considered a travelling distance, then he must assume Ihraam from the Meeqaat upon returning to Makkah for Hajj. According to this opinion, if he does not assume Ihraam from the Meeqaat, then he must offer a sacrifice. The Standing Committee issued a Fatwa, No. 18781, confirming this opinion. There is no doubt that this is better in order for one to be on the safe side. So, if you go out to Taa'if after 'Umrah, then it is better for you to assume Ihraam from the Meeqaat of As-Sayl Al-Kabeer when you return to Makkah.
