All perfect praise be to Allah, The Lord of the Worlds. I testify that there is none worthy of worship except Allah, and that Muhammad is His slave and Messenger.
The entire Quran is a cure; Allah Says (what means): {And We send down of the Quran that which is healing and mercy for the believers.} [Quran 17:82]
Therefore, there is nothing wrong with using any verse or part of it as Ruqyah with the hope of getting cured from any disease.
Additionally, there is no harm in benefitting from people's experiences in this regard as long as the person does not believe that the Sharee’ah allocated a specific verse for a specific disease. Rather, this is should be done as part of the general legislation to use the Quran as cure.
There is also nothing wrong with reciting the Quran and blowing into medicines.
