All perfect praise be to Allah, The Lord of the Worlds. I testify that there is none worthy of worship except Allah, and that Muhammad is His slave and Messenger.
A person who is in the state of Ihram for Hajj or Umrah is neither forbidden from touching onions nor from eating it because it is not perfume as it is known.
A ransom is also not obligatory if some hairs fall especially if it was unintentionally, as this is not called shaving the head.
Shaykh Ibn 'Uthaymeen said:
“If one, or two, or three, or four hairs fall out of the head of a person who is in the state of Ihraam, he is not considered as having done what is forbidden, as this is not called shaving of the hair neither in the Sharee'ah, nor in the customs (of the people).” [End of quote]
Also, there is no harm in washing hands with non-perfumed soap.
Finally, we perceive that you are affected with whispers. So, if this is the case, we advise you to avoid them and not get carried away with them because they are a widespread evil.
