Using product to strengthen vaginal muscles

Question:
Assalaamu alaykum! There is a product that women use to strengthen the muscles around the vagina and pelvic floor due to urinary problems or after childbirth. It is also recomended to use it in general as exercise for the vagina and pelvic floor, which may, for example, be good for one when giving birth, for one's health, and much more. The product contains 2 bullets that you drive into the vagina and balance inside so that they do not pop out, which makes you exercise the muscles around it and above. There are two types of this product, one that is a part of the category of sex toys because its bullets contain a smaller bullet inside which makes it vibrate a little when you move, walk or move around, and it can cause you some pleasure inside. The other beads do not cause any pleasure because they do not contain the smaller ball inside, and they can be bought in a pharmacy. So my question is whether it is permitted for a woman to use the one which you buy in the pharmacy just to strengthen her health. The diameter of the beads is 29mm (2,9cm). All perfect praise be to Allah, the Lord of the worlds. I testify that there is none worthy of worship except Allah and that Muhammad, sallallaahu ‘alayhi wa sallam, is His slave and Messenger.
Regarding the product that is categorized as a sex toy, if it causes some sexual pleasure as mentioned, then it seems to us – and Allah knows best – that it is impermissible to use it without need. Scholars forbade self-stimulation to produce sexual arousal even by mere thoughts, let alone using such a product.
The Permanent Committee for Iftaa' was asked about the person who thinks about sexual intercourse to ejaculate and feel sexual pleasure, and whether this is also considered masturbation?
The answer was:
"If a thought crossed a person's mind so he thought about intercourse unintentionally, there is no harm on him, Allah willing. Abu Hurayrah, may Allah be pleased with him, narrated that the Prophet, sallallaahu ‘alayhi wa sallam, said, 'Allah has forgiven my community the whispers which they have in their chests.' [Saheeh] Another version of the hadith reads, 'Allah has forgiven my community the internal thoughts which they have as long as they do not translate them into actions or words.' However, when a person thinks about intercourse and ejaculates as a result of the sexual pleasure which he derived from his thoughts, he is required to perform Ghusl (ritual bath) because he becomes in a state of Janaabah (major ritual impurity) in this case. If he intentionally thinks about intercourse and evokes such sexual thoughts every now and then, this is impermissible and unbecoming of a Muslim; it contradicts the perfectly chivalrous character that he should have. A Muslim should refrain from this conduct and preoccupy himself with what distracts him from stimulating his desires and benefits him in his worldly life and his religion. It should be noted that intentional self-stimulation to produce arousal is harmful to the health, mind, and body, and it is feared to lead to evil consequences."
You mentioned that an alternative product is available (that does not cause sexual pleasure), so all praise be to Allah, and there is no need for using this product.
