All perfect praise be to Allah, The Lord of the worlds. I testify that there is none worthy of worship except Allah and that Muhammad is His slave and Messenger.
The ruling on outsourcing you to work in your father's company as well as doing less work, whether this is permissible or not, depends on the approval of the university, because the university has certain standards for training, and it is based on this that it gives the certificate to its students. Hence, it is an obligation to fulfill their terms and conditions in education; it was confirmed that the Prophet said, “The Muslims are bound by their conditions, except a condition that forbids what is lawful or permits what is unlawful.” [At-Tirmithi]
Accordingly, if the university agrees to what you did, then this is permissible; otherwise, it is not permissible and would, therefore, be considered a type of forbidden cheating.
If the work environment in this company is bad, as you mentioned, then you may look for another company that does fulfill the requirements of the university and is devoid of religious violations or, at least, has less of them; and fear Allah as much as you can.
Allah knows best.
