Responding to the Druze and their beliefs

Question:
I am trying to have a debate with some colleagues from the Druze about transmigration. Can you please tell me how to debate with them and how to refute their false beliefs?
Answer:
All perfect praise be to Allaah, The Lord of the Worlds. I testify that there is none worthy of worship except Allaah, and that Muhammad 
is His slave and Messenger.
Transmigration is a corrupt belief, based mainly on disbelief and on contradicting the words of Allaah The Almighty and His prophets.
This belief is invalid for a number of reasons, which include:
There are many Quranic verses and Prophetic Hadeeths that prove the existence of the delight and torment of the grave. This refutes the claim that the soul passes into another mortal body at death. Allaah The Almighty Says (what means): {The Fire, they are exposed to it morning and evening. And the Day the Hour appears [it will be said], "Make the people of Pharaoh enter the severest punishment."} [Quran 40:46]
Moreover, in authentic Hadeeths the Prophet, sallallaahu ‘alayhi wa sallam , mentioned the two angels who question a person in his grave, referring to the fact that the dead are either subjected to torment or to enjoying the delight of the grave. Thus each soul is responsible only for one body, which is supported by the verse where Allaah The Almighty Says (what means): {Every soul, for what it has earned, will be retained.} [Quran 74:38]
In an authentic Hadeeth the Prophet, sallallaahu ‘alayhi wa sallam, stood before the disbelievers who were killed in the battle of Badr and called each of them by name. He then asked them if they had found the torment they had been promised by their Lord and told them that he was enjoying the victory that Allaah The Almighty had promised him. [Al-Bukhari and Muslim]
This indicates their existence, body and soul, and that they can hear the call. The Prophet, sallallaahu ‘alayhi wa sallam, informed his Companions 
that those dead people heard him the same way the living do. He mentioned this when ‘Umar 
expressed his surprise at seeing the Prophet, sallallaahu ‘alayhi wa sallam, addressing the dead.
In addition to this, Allaah The Almighty Says that martyrs are alive, in the verse (which means): {And never think of those who have been killed in the cause of Allaah as dead. Rather, they are alive with their Lord, receiving provision.} [Quran 3:169] If the theory of transmigration had been true, martyrs would not have the privilege of being alive after death and all people would be alive after death whether they were martyrs or not according to such a false belief.
Allaah The Almighty also informs us that our bodies will testify against us on the Day of Judgment: each body against its own person.
As a matter of fact, every verse and every Hadeeth that refers to taking or releasing souls or to the delight or torment of the grave, or to resurrection, reckoning, reward or punishment in the Hereafter, demolishes this false theory because it is in contradiction to such texts. In other words, the belief in transmigration is nothing but manifest disbelief.
Moreover, we advise our questioner not to get involved in disputes or arguments about issues that are related to creed with people of deviant and corrupt beliefs unless he is well versed in such issues, because he might be affected by their malicious allegations. If a person is fully aware of the invalidity of such corrupt beliefs then he may argue about these matters, otherwise he should avoid such people and warn others against them, for this is his duty and the best thing he can do.
