All perfect praise be to Allaah, The Lord of the Worlds. I testify that there is none worthy of worship except Allaah, and that Muhammad is His slave and Messenger.
It is not permissible for both of you to do that act as it is transgressing the right of the company which is the owner of the copyright in the programme as we clarified in Fatwa 82812.
Besides, a Muslim should call to his religion with his noble moral conduct and his good behaviour and by being faithful even with non-Muslims as ordained by Islam. So, it is not permissible to deceive a non-Muslim, or lie to him, or steal his money; this is for the general evidence in this regard and because it is forbidden for a Muslim to do these very acts as they contradict the good moral code of Islam. Allaah Says (what means): {O you who have believed, be persistently standing firm for Allaah, witnesses in justice, and do not let the hatred of a people prevent you from being just. Be just; that is nearer to righteousness.} [Quran 5:8]
Also, it was reported that Ibn Rawaahah was sent by the Prophet to estimate the amount of fresh dates on the palm trees of the Jews [for Zakah] and he said to them: "O tribe of Jews! I swear by Allaah! You are the most hateful people among Allaah's creation to me but this does not prompt me to deal unjustly with you." [Maalik]
Therefore, a Muslim should show the good traits of his religion and apply this in his conduct and dealings with his Muslim brothers and with non-Muslims and this will be considered as calling them to this great religion.
Allaah Knows best.
