Question:
Assalamu'alaikum Brother, I have been suffering from black magic or sihr for over 5 years now. for first 2 years I used become unconscious when I watch Jumma Khutbah from Makkah on TV. At present situation is little bit better, I dont get unconcious and i feel someone one is making love to me during my sleep. My family I had many problems and I cant live with them. I have problem with relationship with parents, brothers and sisters. I lived alone for 2 years. Now I am married Alhamdulilah for 7 month. We don't have any physical problem, but me and my wife had problems in relationship. Then We did ruqiah on our own then there was not problem in relationship. But if we discontinue ruqiah then we have many problems. Due to time constrain we cant do ruqiyyah all the time. Me and my wife don't live together at the moment as I married abroad. she live in different country. we live together for 4 weeks only in 7 months of marriage. sometime we feel someone is walking in our room. when we have relation at night. I heard it and my wife heard it too. so we play Quran with loudly then we sleep (But we dont have relation during Quran play), Because something push her at night and me too. Sometime she wake up with mark in her body. Our Problem in relationship we love each other for few days then we have hate each other. We hate each other on every Thursday. During Our bad time I Gave her one divorce due to the bad times we were having I was calm at that time. Then second time I gave her divorce when I was very angry, I was almost uncontrollable. when I get angry I become very angry to point where I have no control of myself. Then in different occasion I gave her another divorce, I feel in my head saying divorce her, I cant feel comfortable until I do. Then I sent two text message to make sure she received the message of divorce and one email. I sent the text message to make sure she received my divorce. so My question is are we divorced now?
Answer:
All perfect praise be to Allaah, The Lord of the Worlds. I testify that there is none worthy of worship except Allaah, and that Muhammad is His slave and Messenger.
In principle, not every anger prevents divorce from taking place and we have already issued Fatwa 121374 clarifying the rulings on divorce at times of anger, so please refer to it.
Hence, we advise you to expose the matter to an Islamic court or an Islamic institution acting on its behalf, like Islamic Centers or trustworthy scholars to whom you may expose your case orally explaining your real situation when you issued divorce so that they may issue to you a Fatwa based on their knowledge of your situation.
Also, we advise you to keep performing Ruqyah and the legislated mention of Allaah that are confirmed in the Sunnah while relying and having trust in Allaah; for more benefit, please refer to Fataawa 88705, 82918, 92481 and 10012.
Allaah Knows best.
